From the initial concept to the final details of intimate dinners, brand events, and more, we guide you through inspired designs, seamless logistics, and strategic planning. Due to the wide variety in the scope of custom events, pricing varies; however clients typically invest $5,000–$10,000.

At AVENTZ Co. we enjoy crafting non-traditional layouts that blend round and rectangular tables, having an open cocktail layout, or multiple lounge arrangements to create a dynamic setting tailored to your gathering. We provide vendor sourcing, timeline preparation, floor plan creation, and guest management services to ensure that every aspect of your event is handled with care.
